SEER Technology

SEER Technology, Inc., is a technology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  SEER is developing solutions in two different focus areas to ultimately "SEE WHAT CAN'T BE SEEN."  Our first product line is in the Chemical Detection and Recognition marketspace, where we help professionals, who put their lives in harm's way every day, protect themselves and the general populace from chemical warfare.  Our second product line is in the Personnel Tracking System marketspace, where we have developed solutions for tracking and locating personnel with the help of our SEER3D Software in GPS-denied areas, where GPS is not effective, i.e., like within buildings and in tunnels or caves.

SEER is releasing two (2) new products in July 2009.  The AccuSense Chemical Recognition System and the NAViSEER Personnel Tracking System.

AccuSense detects, recognizes and identifies gaseous chemical vapors that CAN'T BE SEEN - and is poised to take advantage of a largely unexplored chemical sensor detection market in a dramatic way.  Significant resources have been expended to develop a portable, field-deployable product from state-of-the-art laboratory technologies.

AccuSense can detect and identify up to 16 different chemicals simultaneously from a specific sample - along with the concentration level of each chemical.  In addition, the analysis information is provided in a format that can be easily understood and acted upon by non-scientist field personnel. SEER has leveraged years of research and development, and tens of millions of dollars of investment into technology and product development.  SEER has now succeeded in bringing a revolutionary new technology application to the chemical detection marketplace.

NAViSEER provides visibility and tracking information of on-foot personnel when they CAN'T BE SEEN - such as inside buildings and tunnels - where GPS does not work.  NAViSEER is a small, wearable, lightweight dead reckoning tracking device that allows on-foot personnel to be tracked and located even when they are in areas where no GPS signal is available.

NAViSEER communicates over most digital radios and sends location updates to our 2D and 3D visualization software at Command and Control. It is here that the movements of NAViSEER-equipped personnel can be tracked via SEER3D Software on a display showing their current location, specific down to which floor of the building and body position of the asset.

SEER is extremely sensitive to the situations and environments in which our products will ultimately be implemented, and therefore we place a very high importance on producing reliable equipment and accurate results. We know that lives will depend on the performance of our products.  SEER is dedicated to developing products and solutions that can help diminish the exposure to specific hazards. Our goal is to protect our troops, first responders, and others who routinely endanger their own lives by placing themselves in harm's way on our behalf.
