Training


SEER Technology strives to deliver highly innovative products using the best technology.  Our goal is to minimize human intervention required to operate and maintain the devices we sell. Therefore, most of our user operation training is available through online Webinars, online videos and DVDs.

It is our intent to offer maintenance and troubleshooting training in similar formats, but in reality we are finding that in the rare instance where a SEER product has a problem in the field and it has been remotely diagnosed by SEER Technical Support, that in most situations, SEER will send a replacement unit to the particular location and have the failing unit sent back to a SEER depot for maintenance.  Thus, general maintenance training is somewhat limited in scope.  For very large users, SEER will customize a training program to suit their specific needs.
