SEER Technology, Inc. (“SEER”) warrants to the original end user (“BUYER”) that new Products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for one (1) year from the original purchase date. SEER warrants refurbished Products, marked and sold as such, for ninety days from the original purchase date. This warranty excludes the following: Should a covered defect occur during the warranty period, BUYER'S sole and exclusive remedy, conditional on BUYER’s prompt written notification to SEER, is to obtain repair or replacement of the Product, at SEER's sole option and expense. If Seer cannot reasonably repair or replace the Product, then SEER may, in its sole discretion, refund the purchase price paid for the Product. Replacement Products or parts may be new or reconditioned or comparable versions of the defective Product. SEER warrants any replaced or repaired Product or part for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer. SEER Technology agrees to repair or replace this product at no charge for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include any physical damage to the unit or any of its accessory items and does not cover damage to the unit resulting from the use of accessories not manufactured or authorized for use by SEER Technology. Any modifications or repairs by unauthorized service personnel will void this warranty. BUYER is encouraged to complete and return to SEER Technology the warranty card included in the product package, or to completed product registration online at www.seertechnology.com, within 30 days of purchase. If BUYER fails to register the Product, BUYER shall be responsible to present a copy of the original sales receipt if and at the time a unit is returned for warranty service. BUYER shall be responsible for all shipping charges to SEER Technology and is encouraged to insure the product in transit. SEER Technology will pay for ground UPS shipping back to the customer. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION, AND NONINFRINGMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SEER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON, EXCEPT FOR AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS OR RESELLERS TO ASSUME ON ITS BEHALF ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT AND/OR ANY OTHER ITEMS OR MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREUNDER IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT AND NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF OUR PRODUCTS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. SEER TECHNOLOGY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PERFORM MODIFICATIONS OR IMPROVEMENTS ON ITS PRODUCTS WITHOUT INCURRING THE OBLIGATION TO INSTALL THE CHANGES TO UNITS PREVIOUSLY SOLD, DELIVERED OR SERVICED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SEER TECHNOLOGY’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE UNIT AND SEER TECHNOLOGY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Service Policy
This service policy is valid in the United States only. This applies to units returned to SEER’s return facility in Salt Lake City, Utah and is subject to change without notice. SEER reserves the right to deem any product unserviceable when replacement parts are no longer reasonably available or impossible to obtain. After the original warranty period, a standard service charge will be assessed for each repair (physical damage and missing parts are not included). |
