NAViSEER™ Meets Accuracy Requirements for Tracking Miners in GPS-Denied Environments Salt Lake City, UT –(For Immediate Web Release Only)— SEER Technology Inc. has successfully demonstrated meeting accuracy requirements for the location of miners in a Western Kentucky coal mine using the NAViSEER Personnel Tracking System.
Testing was conducted in conjunction with Matrix Design Group, LLC over a two day period at Alliance Coal’s Dotiki Mine approximately 750 feet below the surface of the earth and 2 miles from the hoist shaft. NAViSEER operated well within specification accuracy for individuals who had been initially calibrated. Additional testing with miners who had received no initial NAViSEER calibration also yielded high accuracy results.
