FRED GALLANDER
Chairman, President, and CEO
Prior to joining SEER, Mr. Gallander was a member of the Board of Directors of Transcoastal Marine Services, Inc., offshore oil and gas service firm (NASDAQ - "TCMS"). Mr. Gallander was an Officer and President of Dickson GMP International, Inc. The company originally serviced the Gulf of Mexico, but under Mr. Gallander's leadership, expanded the engineering and construction services to Angola, Nigeria, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, and offshore California. Mr. Gallander was also a principal of The Engineering Development Group (EDG), which designed offshore oil and gas platforms and process equipment.
JOE AGULAR
Independent Director
Mr. Agular is a partner with Johnson, Rice and Company, a New Orleans, LA based investment banking firm. Johnson Rice is an institutional equity boutique that is involved in a full range capital markets transactions, primarily for the Energy industry. Mr. Agular has over 20 years of experience as a financial and industry analyst covering the Energy industry and companies involved in the Oilfield Services business. Mr. Agular holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tulane University.
J. Storey Charbonnet
Independent Director
Mr. Charbonnet earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia. After graduating from UVa in 1990, Mr. Charbonnet worked in the Corporate Finance Department at the Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta until 1995. Mr. Charbonnet is a Partner at Johnson Rice & Company, LLC, where he has been employed since March of 1995. He is co-founder of Green Turtle Partners, LP and the managing member of Green Turtle Capital Management, LLC, the General Partner. He is also co-founder of Covington Partners, LP and the managing member of Covington Investment Management, LLC, the General Partner. Mr. Charbonnet is Chairman of the Pro Bono Publico Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of Good Shepherd Nativity Mission School, the Bureau of Governmental Research, the Libby-Dufour Foundation, Carrollton Boosters and Resource Bank in Covington, Louisiana.
He resides in New Orleans with his wife Anne Lynne Davis Charbonnet and their three boys, Davis, Storey and John.
NAN M. WALLIS
Independent Director
Ms. Wallis is a Principal of PPOplus, a regional PPO with networks in Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. She has an MBA from Tulane University and 25 years of health industry experience.
Ms. Wallis has extensive management and consulting experience including assignments in development of managed care organizations, strategic planning, market analyses and marketing strategy for provider systems.
She is currently the President of the Board for the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts and serves on the national board for the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations. Ms. Wallis has served on the boards of the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center, the New Orleans Health Underwriters Association, the Women's Healthcare Executive Network (Past President), and Longue Vue House and Gardens (Past President).
RICKY TICHMAN
Independent Director
Ricky Tichman joined the SEER Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Tichman is the president of Impulse Media Sales, Inc., based in New York City. Impulse Media Sales provides direct media access in the Canadian market through multiple platforms in both English and French. Their clients include Rodgers Media, Canada Broadcasting Company, Blue Ant Media, and others. Mr. Tichman has over 30 years of experience in the media sector. Mr. Tichman holds a BS in accounting from Baruch College in New York City.
