AccuSense

Laboratory-quality chemical recognition in the field

AccuSense is a laboratory-quality chemical recognition system that provides concentration levels of multiple chemicals simultaneously in a field-portable or fixed-position scenario. It was designed for first responders and continuous industrial monitoring — bringing gas chromatography–class performance to a one-button field unit.

  • No consumables — ambient air as carrier gas
  • 24/7/365 continuous monitoring with ~3-minute sample times
  • Advanced Environmental Calibration (AEC) corrects for humidity, temperature, and pressure
  • Detect, identify, and quantify up to 100 custom chemicals
  • Field-deployable: rugged, portable, wireless connectivity
  • CERES plume modeling integration

Dual-Hyphenated Gas Chromatography

AccuSense uses Dual-Hyphenated Gas Chromatography (DHGC) for separation of chemicals and a thermal detection system for chemical identification. DHGC utilizes two columns to separate polar and non-polar chemicals, delivering HyperSignature Technology with up to 180,000 data points for precise 3D chemical signatures.

What AccuSense delivers

Auto-Calibration

Unlike other field-deployable instruments, the AccuSense adjusts to the ambient condition by automatically calibrating to handle both low and high humidity environments. 0 - 99.5% RH Non-condensing

Extreme Accuracy

The AccuSense is accurate and precise even with changing environmental conditions which can interfere with other instruments’ readings

Continuous Operation

Uninterrupted constant monitoring 24/7/365. We do NOT use elute gases so you can set it and forget it

Multi Chemical Detection

A single unit can detect, identify, and quantify up to 100 custom chemicals in the air and can get results on multiple chemicals simultaneously

Dynamic Range Shifting

An AI-powered feature, enables AccuSense to consistently deliver accurate data across a wide range of concentrations (100 ppb - 10,000 ppm) while competing technologies malfunction due to oversaturation

Built for high-stakes environments

Community-Wide Air Monitoring Networks

Tracks ambient air quality across urban/rural areas, supporting public health and EPCRA reporting

Train Derailments

We provide a thorough, reliable, and easily deployed solution to help you make the best decisions for high stakes situations.

Chemical Spill and Disaster Response

Rapidly detects and maps toxic gases (e.g., chlorine) during spills or fires, guiding evacuations with CERES plume modeling

Industrial and Fence-Line Air Quality Monitoring

Monitors TICs near plants, ensuring worker safety and community protection with real-time compliance data

Military and Law Enforcement

Protects personnel in unknown and potentially hostile environments with continuous updates on air quality

Site Protection

Provides protection for high-value sites against otherwise invisible threats

Wildfire and Smoke Toxicity Monitoring

Identifies toxic gases (e.g., hydrogen cyanide, benzene) in wildfire smoke, enabling early evacuations

Chemical Plant Safety and Worker Protection

Detects leaks in real-time, ensures OSHA compliance, and optimizes processes to reduce exposure and costs

Lithium-Ion Battery Fire and Off-Gassing Detection

Detects toxic gases from battery fires, preventing thermal runaway and protecting workers

Transportation and Border Security Screening

Identifies hazardous cargo leaks or smuggled chemicals, enhancing safety and security

Sporting Events and Concerts

Protects large crowds by providing constant air monitoring and works as a deterrent against terrorist activity

Fumigation

Monitors OSHA levels in storage, lumber, containers, and other industries where dangerous gases are utilized
